Arcadia University has chartered a free round-trip shuttle to facilitate transport from The Fabric Workshop and Museum (FWM)* (1214 Arch Street) to the gallery in Glenside on the evening of February 7th. The shuttle will depart from 12th Street (between Arch St. and Race St.) promptly at 5:15 pm and arrive on campus in time for Dean’s 6:30 pm lecture and 7:30 pm reception.
The shuttle will depart from Arcadia at 8:45 pm to return to 12th and Arch Streets by approximately 9:30 pm. (NOTE: JG is a looping, 26 1/2 minute film and will be shown continuously in the gallery from 6:30 to 10 pm on the evening of Feb 7.)
Registration is required for both Dean’s lecture and the shuttle.
* Dean’s 2008 film installation Merce Cunningham Performs STILLNESS… (six performances, six films) will be on view at The Fabric Workshop and Museum on February 7. FWM has graciously offered to waive admission for passengers registered for the February 7 shuttle.
